What data we collect

When you join the omegon cloud waitlist, we collect your email address. We do not collect any other personal data at this stage.

Why we collect it

We collect your email address solely to communicate with you about the omegon cloud early access programme — including your invitation when we launch.

We will not send you marketing emails unrelated to omegon cloud.

Legal basis for processing

We process your email address on the basis of consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

How long we retain your data

Your email address is retained until omegon cloud launches publicly, at which point all waitlist data is permanently deleted. You may request deletion at any time before launch.

Who we share your data with

We use MailerLite (UAB "MailerLite", Vilnius, Lithuania) for email delivery and list management. A Data Processing Agreement is in place per GDPR Article 28. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.
