This privacy policy explains how Niklas Ekman Solutions AB collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with the omegon cloud waitlist. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you join the omegon cloud waitlist, we collect your email address. We do not collect any other personal data at this stage.

3. Why we collect it

We collect your email address solely to communicate with you about the omegon cloud early access programme — including your invitation when we launch, and any relevant updates leading up to that point.

We will not use your email address for any other purpose, and we will not send you marketing communications unrelated to omegon cloud.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your email address on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at hello@niklasekman.solutions.

5. How long we retain your data

We will retain your email address until omegon cloud launches publicly. At that point, waitlist data will be permanently deleted. If you request deletion before launch, we will action it promptly — see section 7 for how to do this.

6. Who we share your data with

Your email address is stored and managed using MailerLite (UAB "MailerLite", Paupio g. 46, Vilnius, Lithuania). MailerLite acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes data exclusively within the European Union. We have a Data Processing Agreement in place with MailerLite in accordance with GDPR Article 28.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.

• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to data portability
• The right to withdraw consent at any time
• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Your data is stored on EU-based infrastructure and is accessible only to authorised personnel.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
